We’re delighted to be able to celebrate and acknowledge the North East’s
amazing cultural, heritage and arts scene over the past 18 months
– even if it all took place in a very different format!
The Culture Awards, headline sponsored by Durham County Council,
will highlight and showcase the cultural infrastructure and diversity of our fantastic region,
from the Tees Valley to the Scottish Borders, through special award presentations and live performances.
Although social distancing measures have been lifted, we prioritise the safety
of our guests with utmost importance and only 50% of the seating capacity is currently on release.
Additional seating will only be made available when we are confident that full safety measures can still remain in place.
